Brackenbury Primary School has a fantastic team of teachers, TAs and support staff and we are looking for new admin support. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team and be passionate about serving our school community. In return, we offer a supportive staff team and a great community to be a part of.

As part of the role, you will be working in the main office reception. If you’re ready to join our strong and supportive team, please do apply.

Part time: 21 hours per week, term-time only. 11.40am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Paid weeks per year: 47 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Start date: September 2026

About the Role

The successful applicant will need to

Have experience of working in a busy environment and be able to work in a calm, friendly and professional manner
Handle all information with the highest level of professional discretion, following GDPR and safeguarding protocols
Have good IT skills with good knowledge and understanding of relevant ICT packages such as word and excel
Be a good communicator with strong literacy skills and attention to detail
Be open to improving your practice through training and development opportunities
Recognise the importance of establishing positive relationships with children and staff but maintain confidential professional boundaries
Be part of a strong team who is flexible and willing to adapt to on the day demands.
