Landscaping & External Works Operative / Gang Required

Location: Sussex & Surrounding Areas
Company: Brixter Construction Ltd
Job Type: Full-Time / Self-Employed Subcontractor Considered

Brixter Construction Ltd is a growing construction company delivering a wide range of residential, commercial, and development projects across Sussex and the surrounding areas.

Due to an increasing workload, we are looking for an experienced Landscaping & External Works Operative or established Landscaping Gang to join our team on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities

Block paving installation
Patio and driveway construction
Kerbing and edging works
External groundworks and finishing works
Bricklaying and garden wall construction
Fencing and landscaping works
General site maintenance and external improvements
Working to a high standard of workmanship and site safety

Requirements

Proven experience in landscaping, paving, and external works
Bricklaying experience advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CSCS Card preferred
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, professional, and motivated
