Leisure Attendant for Active Community Engagement Ltd

We are looking for Leisure Attendantsto join our supportive and talented team at Active Community Engagement Ltd

Active Community Engagement Ltd allows schools to open their facilities to community groups outside of school hours. This supports local sports clubs and helps local people to socialise and stay active.

· We are looking for people who are passionate about helping local communities get physically and socially active.

· You must be over 18 years old due to lone working.

· Have very good communication and customer service skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.

· Being able to drive would be advantageous but not essential.

· You will be joining a company that cares about you and your personal development allowing you to progress onto PT training, team leader training and more.

This role comprises of evenings and weekend shifts.

In Bristol we have 4 sites including a fitness Centre in Speedwell, a gymnastics Centre in Hartcliffe, and 2 dual use school sites in Fishponds and Brislington.

There will be vacancies for Brislington and Fishponds with potential further development at our other sites.

You will be responsible for:

· The security of the buildings at these sites including locking and unlocking the building safely and securely.

· Making sure the building and equipment is safe for the sports teams to use

· Help to set up equipment for each of the bookings which can consist of many sports including football, basketball, badminton, Futsal and volleyball to name a few.

· Build a good repour with our customers, sports teams and develop fantastic customer relationships

We have sports halls, dance studio’s, 3G floodlight and MUGA pitches all ready to be hired

The successful candidate will receive free gym membership.

The position will be dependent on DBS check paid for by the company

Job Type: Part-time
