Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Window Cleaning Operative to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation for our clients’ windows, ensuring a safe and efficient service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working outdoors. A valid driving licence and good communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Duties

Clean windows on various types of buildings, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Use specialised cleaning equipment and solutions to achieve streak-free results.
Safely operate company vehicles to reach different locations.
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all windows meet quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain safety protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Keep cleaning tools and equipment well-maintained and organised.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.

Skills

Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
Proficiency in English, with good verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively.
Physically fit, capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Organised and punctual, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
