About Us

We are a growing company specializing in the sale, rental, installation, and service of diesel power generators. Our customers include construction companies, industrial facilities, data centers, utilities, and commercial businesses that require reliable backup and prime power solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and versatile professional to join our team in a combined role of Sales Representative and Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming customer enquiries by phone and email
Preparing quotations, sales offers, and rental proposals
Supporting customers throughout the sales and rental process
Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
Coordinating generator deliveries, installations, and service activities
Preparing contracts, invoices, and other business documentation
Maintaining CRM and customer records
Following up on quotations and identifying new business opportunities
Assisting with general office administration and daily operations

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, customer service, office administration, or a similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional and customer-focused attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
Technical knowledge of generators, construction equipment, or industrial products is beneficial but not essential
Full UK driving licence preferred
