Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure they are free from dirt and debris.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Assist with laundry services when necessary, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly disposition.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic cooking skills would be advantageous for assisting with meal preparation when required.
Flexibility in working hours is essential, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
