Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Advertising and Marketing Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, managing projects, and analysing campaign performance. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of digital marketing tools. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative marketing initiatives whilst developing your professional skills within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and implementation of advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital and print media.
Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Analyse campaign data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation.
Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to communicate findings and strategies effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Contribute to content creation for social media, websites, and other promotional materials.
Organise marketing events, webinars, or product launches as required.
Maintain up-to-date records of marketing activities and project timelines using organisational tools.
Support B2B marketing efforts by engaging with potential clients and partners through various channels.

Requirements

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated project management experience within a marketing environment.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with IT systems is essential.
Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and digital marketing tools is highly desirable.
Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
Prior experience in marketing or advertising roles is preferred but not essential; a proactive attitude towards learning is valued highly.
