Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining efficient workflows, and providing exceptional support to team members. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong computer skills to contribute to a professional environment.

Duties

Answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and postal services
Organising and maintaining physical and digital filing systems
Data entry and updating records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Kashflow
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Supporting team members with administrative needs to ensure smooth daily operations
Handling general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning etc

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with Kashflow or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and high level of professionalism are required
