XO Dental is a modern private dental practice in Preston that provides high-quality general, cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. We are looking for a driven, confident and commercially aware individual who thrives on speaking to people, building relationships, and converting enquiries into committed patients.

This is not an admin role.
This is a front-line, patient-focused, performance-driven position with the opportunity to earn a lucrative bonus ( earning potential - £39,000 per annum)

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for new patient enquiries, responsible for handling incoming leads, guiding patients through treatment options, and ensuring a seamless journey from initial enquiry through to consultation and conversion.

You must understand the importance of:

Speed to lead
Consistent follow-up
Multiple patient touchpoints
Building trust quickly and effectively

Your ability to engage, influence and follow through will directly impact practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all new patient enquiries (phone, email, online leads)
Respond quickly and confidently — speed matters
Explain treatment options clearly and professionally
Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into bookings
Build strong relationships with patients from first contact
Manage patient expectations and guide them through the journey
Work closely with clinicians to support treatment uptake
Maintain a high-end, professional patient experience at all times

Essential Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dental practice
Private dental practice experience is essential
Strong communication and patient-handling skills
Confident discussing treatments and guiding patient decisions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13 per hour plus lucrative bonus (earning potential with bonus -up to £39,000 per year)

Dental practice: 2 years (preferred)
Treatment Coordinator / Patient Care Specialist: 2 years (preferred)
