Valuing Futures is a residential children’s home care provider based in Wolverhampton

We recruiting for qualified and unqualified Residential Support Workers, for our new children’s home, situated in Wolverhampton.

We offer a competitive salary:

· Children's Home Residential Support Worker

Salary: £13.50ph - 15ph & £65 sleep-ins

Our home is a solo home for one young person, aged 8 to 18 years old, operates 24hr, 2:1 staffing, ratio for young people with emotional, complex and behavioural needs. The home offers a warm, ‘trauma-informed’ nurturing and therapeutic environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

We pride ourselves on providing only the best quality care for our young people. Our new team will offer a diverse range of skills and qualities ensuring positive outcomes for young people. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people, to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support young people in their day to day, physical, health/education needs, activities, independence skills and guidance to support them to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Preferably, you will have the QCF Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Children and young people’s workforce, experience in the children's or adults services sector, or have worked in a similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.

If you do not have a QCFLevel 3 Diploma qualification, then we will enrol you on to this qualification and offer you plenty of training in order to ensure you have the guidance and attributes to professionally flourish with us.

Driving Licence (preferred).
