Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Admin/Accounts Assistant and become a vital part of our administrative and financial operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office functions, manage financial records, and ensure smooth organizational workflows. With your proactive approach and keen attention to detail, you will help maintain an efficient office environment that drives our company's success forward. This paid position welcomes motivated individuals eager to develop their administrative and accounting skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization to keep the office running seamlessly
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes using accounting software such as Sage.
Support bookkeeping activities by reconciling invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately and providing excellent customer service
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and maintaining office supplies
Input data accurately into various systems ensuring timely updates and record integrity

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with accounting software such as Sage is desirable but not essential.
Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for efficient record management
Strong administrative experience with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management best practices
Effective phone etiquette combined with clear communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
