Independent | Fast-Growing | New York Style Pizza

At True Pizzas, we do things properly. Proper dough. Proper pizza. Proper people.

Established in 2020 and inspired by real trips to New York, our brand is built around a genuine love for New York pizza culture — big slices, quality ingredients, fast service, and strong team energy. Our dough is made fresh in-house, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, free from additives or preservatives, and every pizza is hand-stretched to order using 100% mozzarella.

We’re a family-run, independent business with multiple sites and growing brands. We’re hands-on, fast-paced, and building something we’re proud of.

Now we’re looking for great people to join the team as Crew Members — people who enjoy busy shifts, good energy, and being part of something growing.

The Role

As a Crew Member, you’ll be part of the heart of the store — preparing food, serving customers, helping during busy services, and keeping standards high across the shop.

No two shifts are the same. One minute you could be stretching dough, the next helping a customer, boxing orders, or supporting the kitchen during a rush.

We’re looking for people with good attitudes, strong work ethic, and team energy. Experience helps, but personality matters just as much.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing and serving food to company standards
Supporting the kitchen and front counter during busy services
Helping make and finish pizzas during service
Serving customers in a friendly, positive way
Keeping the store clean, organised, and ready for service
Supporting with prep, stock organisation, and daily tasks
Working as part of a fast-paced team environment
Delivering great hospitality at every level
