We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the role

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on sales role where you'll spend plenty of time speaking with customers, both over the phone and face-to-face, building relationships and helping businesses achieve better outcomes through our range of media and marketing solutions.

In this role, you will:

Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
Present our portfolio to customers over Microsoft Teams and face-to-face.
Make regular outbound calls and generate new business opportunities.
Spend time in the field meeting customers.
Ask the right questions to understand customer challenges, goals and priorities.
Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through to close.
Build a healthy sales pipeline and work towards activity and revenue targets.
Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the wider business.
Take ownership of your personal growth, development and results.

About you

You don't need to know everything about our industries or products before you join us. What we value most is your energy, attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.

Previous sales or customer-facing experience would be valuable, but we're equally interested in people with the right attitude who are looking to build a long-term career in business development.

You will ideally be:

Confident communicating both over the phone and face-to-face.
Curious and motivated to understand what drives customer decisions.
