Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar and Waiting Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face behind the bar and the attentive server ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming environment
Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance guest experience
Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards
Serve food efficiently from the kitchen to tables, ensuring timely delivery and presentation quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations, dining spaces, and service stations
Handle guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
Support in basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as garnishing drinks or assembling simple dishes
Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining attention to detail in billing

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation skills
Strong understanding of guest services principles with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
A positive attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
