Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a warm and friendly environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry, whether you have previous experience or are eager to learn. We like to offer regular hours, these will include some weeknight evenings and weekends. We are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
Handle payments efficiently using the point-of-sale system
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is equally valued
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
Experience in restaurant service or barista roles is advantageous
Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends
A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
Personal presentation should be neat and professional at all times
Aged 18 or over
