Full job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our supported living services. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible not only for the day-to-day operational management of services but also for supporting and delivering on our strategic growth plans.

The ideal candidate will be confident in managing complex care settings, experienced with commissioning teams and professionals, and excited by the opportunity to scale our services from 1,000 to 10,000 care hours per week.

What Success Looks Like – Year 1 Goals

All existing services stabilised and operating effectively.
Alcester Road and The Grand filled with sustainable care packages.
Foundations laid for Stage 2 of the growth plan (e.g., Bodnant Avenue and LD unit development).

Requirements

Prior experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior leadership role within adult social care.
Strong background in supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours that challenge.
Proven track record of achieving strong CQC outcomes.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent/working towards).
Sound knowledge of safeguarding, CQC regulations, and health & safety legislation.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple services and a dispersed team.
Ambition and capability to support organisational growth alongside operational stability.

Additional Information

Location Requirement: Based in Leicester (office attendance required at least once a week; other days may be worked from sites or the office as required)

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
