Marketing Executive – Videographer & Content Creator

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Corby.

We design and manufacture bespoke catering trailers and vehicle conversions, creating unique products for businesses across the UK. No two projects are the same — and that gives us plenty of great stories, people and projects to share.

We’re looking for someone who can bring our products, people and projects to life through social media, with a particular focus on creating engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

If you enjoy picking up a camera, spotting a great shot, turning an idea into a Reel or TikTok, and seeing your content generate engagement, this could be the role for you.

The Role

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll take ownership of our day-to-day social media content and help grow our online presence.

A major part of your role will be creating video content — from filming projects on the workshop floor to producing short-form social videos that showcase our trailers, transformations, customers and the people behind the business.

You’ll be responsible for:

Planning and creating engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Filming projects, products, behind-the-scenes footage, customer stories and team content.
Coming up with creative ideas, concepts and social media campaigns.
Editing videos for different social platforms, including adding music, captions, graphics and transitions.
Photographing products and projects to support our wider marketing activity.
Developing and managing our social media content calendar.
Publishing and scheduling content across multiple platforms.
Building our brand through engaging, authentic and entertaining content.
Identifying social media trends and finding creative ways to make them relevant to our brand.
Managing our online communities and responding to comments and messages.
Creating and managing paid social campaigns and promotions.
Working with influencers, customers and other content creators where appropriate.
Writing engaging captions, website content, press releases and marketing copy.
Developing PR opportunities and building relationships with relevant media and publications.
Monitoring social media performance and using analytics to understand what content works.
Reporting on engagement, reach, leads and other key marketing metrics.
Keeping up to date with the latest social media platforms, formats, trends and content-creation techniques.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is creative first, but commercially minded.

You don't necessarily need years of marketing experience. If you have a natural ability to create great social content, understand what makes people stop scrolling and are keen to develop your marketing skills, we want to hear from you.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Experience creating content for social media.
A genuine interest in video production, filming and editing.
Confidence using a smartphone or camera to capture good-quality video and photography.
Experience editing short-form video using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar.
An understanding of what makes engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
A creative eye and the confidence to come up with new ideas.
Strong written English and the ability to write engaging captions and copy.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
The confidence to get out into the workshop, talk to customers and colleagues, and get involved.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
A willingness to experiment, learn and try new things.
A positive, energetic and proactive approach.

A portfolio, examples of social media accounts you have managed, or examples of video content you have created would be highly desirable.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is curious, creative and not afraid to get involved.
