Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a solid understanding of human resources processes and administrative functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our organisation while developing your career within a professional environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing various HRIS systems, supporting HR and administrative functions, and ensuring effective cross-departmental communication.

Duties

Oversee and maintain HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding processes.
Handle data entry tasks related to employee information, attendance records, and other HR-related documentation.
Utilise Salesforce for customer relationship management activities as needed.
Manage social media accounts to promote company culture and employer branding initiatives.
Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping.
Contribute to process improvements within HR and administrative workflows to enhance efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively across teams.
Knowledge of social media management tools is a plus.
Prior experience working with HR software.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
