Join the Lola's Cupcakes Team!

At Lola's Cupcakes, we believe great baking starts with great people. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Baker to join our production team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced bakery, take pride in producing high-quality products, and want to be part of a friendly, family-run business, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Working hours are approximately 12pm to 8pm-10pm, depending on production requirements (finish times may vary).
Prepare and bake a range of cakes, cupcakes and sponge products to Lola's high standards.
Manage your section independently, ensuring production runs efficiently, even during busy periods.
Monitor stock levels within your section and communicate effectively with other production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality and hygiene at all times.
Learn new products, recipes and processes as our range continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

Previous commercial bakery experience is essential.
Confidence in baking cakes, sponges and cupcakes in a production environment.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistently high-quality products.
Good communication skills.
The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Experience mixing and preparing products such as scones, cookies and bread would be an advantage.
