Overview

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bar and Waiting Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, takes orders, serves food and drinks, and ensures every guest feels valued and cared for. Your passion for excellent service will help foster a lively atmosphere, encouraging guests to relax, enjoy, and return time and again. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely preparation and delivery
Serve drinks at the bar or tables with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages
Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
Manage guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction
Support team members during service peaks by sharing responsibilities seamlessly
Handle cash or electronic payments accurately while maintaining accountability

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, with a focus on guest services
Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation skills
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a lively setting
Excellent communication skills to engage with guests confidently and courteously
Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and transactions
Kitchen experience or culinary knowledge is a plus for supporting food prep tasks
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items naturally to enhance guest enjoyment and revenue
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
A positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset committed to delivering exceptional service
