As we continue our growth, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to work directly alongside our Chief Executive. This is a rare opportunity to become one of the first key appointments within an ambitious, fast-growing business with significant long-term aspirations.

This is far more than a traditional Personal Assistant role. You will become the Chief Executive’s trusted right hand—supporting strategic decision-making, managing competing priorities and helping to ensure the business operates with professionalism, efficiency and absolute discretion.

You will regularly engage with senior business leaders, investors, strategic partners and public sector organisations, requiring the highest standards of communication, organisation and confidentiality.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Executive, enabling them to focus on corporate strategy, commercial growth, investment opportunities and developing long-term partnerships.

You will become the central point of coordination for the Chief Executive’s day-to-day activities, ensuring priorities are managed effectively, opportunities are maximised and the Executive Office operates to the highest professional standard.

This role offers exceptional exposure to strategic business leadership and provides the opportunity to work at the heart of an innovative, rapidly expanding company from an early stage in its growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Managing the Chief Executive’s complex diary, appointments and strategic schedule.
Coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring all briefing materials are prepared in advance.
Acting as the first point of contact on behalf of the Chief Executive.
Managing correspondence, emails and telephone communications with professionalism and discretion.
Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, board papers and business documentation.
Arranging UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
Organising executive meetings, recording minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
Liaising confidently with clients, investors, suppliers, government bodies and strategic partners.
Managing confidential commercial information with complete integrity and discretion.
Conducting research, preparing briefing notes and supporting strategic projects.
Assisting with project coordination across multiple business initiatives.
Monitoring key deadlines and ensuring priorities remain on track.
Supporting company events, exhibitions, conferences and executive functions.
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across the Executive Office.
Anticipating the Chief Executive’s requirements and resolving issues proactively before they arise.
Undertaking additional executive support responsibilities as required.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a comparable executive support role.
Excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office 365.
Outstanding organisational skills.
Strong administrative and project coordination experience.
Exceptional written English.
The ability to maintain complete confidentiality at all times.
A full UK driving licence is desirable.
The right to work in the United Kingdom.
