Role Summary

Work will be mainly, but not limited to, internal refurbishment projects within both domestic and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
Carry out patching, repairs, and finishing of damaged surfaces prior to decoration
Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces - Perform masking and full site protection before starting any work
Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment efficiently and to a high standard
Select and mix colours in line with specifications and client requirements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment throughout and after completion of works
Conduct final quality checks to ensure all work meets high standards
Communicate effectively with clients and on-site teams
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

What We’re Looking For

Highly experienced painter & decorator with proven experience in both domestic and/or commercial projects
Excellent attention to detail and high-quality finishing skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Professional approach with a strong customer-focused attitude
Full UK driving licence (required)
Valid CSCS Card
Up-to-date and clean DBS check
