About Us

We are a market-leading, forward-thinking estate agency with a friendly, and professional team. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Lettings Property Manager to join our dynamic office in Dunchurch.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a high-performing team where your contribution will directly impact the success of our lettings portfolio.

The Role

As a Lettings Property Manager, you will be solely responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties while managing and implementing the lettings process from enquiry through to tenancy and beyond. You will act as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring a seamless and professional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
Oversee the full lettings process from initial enquiry to move-in
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to prospective tenants
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property compliance requirements
Carry out regular property inspections and report findings
Ensure all legal obligations are met (including GSR, EICR, deposit protection, etc.)
Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and documentation
Maintain accurate records using property management software (Jupix)
Liaise with contractors and ensure works are completed efficiently

Key Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar lettings property management role
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy workload
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and confident manner with excellent customer service skills
Ability to problem-solve and prioritise effectively
Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Experience with property management software (Jupix)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
