Full job description

Wyevale Nurseries is a plant production nursery selling plants wholesale to trade customers. We have a permanent position to boost our Business Support Team. The main purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the sales team, directors and other departments within the Company.

Full training and guidance will be provided.

Duties include:

Processing sales quotes and orders
General Data input
Supporting the sales team
Telephone answering and dealing with customer enquiries
General administration and office duties
Greeting visitors
Dealing with, and responding to, high volumes of emails
Maintaining system item codes, price files and customer records
Goods receiving

Skills required:

IT competent – quick and accurate data search and entry
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Accuracy and attention to detail
Organized
Motivated and able to use initiative
Personable and a strong team member
Previous office administration experience preferable
Happy to share workload with a flexible approach

Job Type: Full-time
