Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Skincare Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional skincare treatments and elevate client experiences within a luxurious environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty and wellness, combined with excellent communication skills and a flair for management and social media engagement. The position involves delivering customised skincare solutions, performing specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions and deep tissue massages, and contributing to the overall guest experience. This is a paid role suitable for individuals eager to develop their skills in a vibrant, client-focused setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalised skincare consultations and treatments tailored to individual client needs
Perform specialised services including facials, microneedling, chemical peels
Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, guest reception, and maintaining a welcoming environment
Utilise management skills to organise bookings, stock inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations
Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share updates, and enhance brand visibility
Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing client inquiries, offering skincare advice, and ensuring a high standard of customer care
Assist with organising events or promotional activities related to the spa or wellness centre
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience in skincare therapy or related beauty treatments; certifications in eyelash extensions or massage therapy are advantageous
Strong management skills with the ability to oversee appointments and client records efficiently
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
Experience in social media management to support marketing initiatives
Knowledge of customer service principles within a hospitality or wellness environment
Ability to perform makeup application and barbering techniques is desirable but not essential
Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services tactfully while prioritising client satisfaction
Organised with attention to detail, ensuring all treatments are delivered safely and professionally
