Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing participants of various ages and skill levels, fostering a safe and motivating environment that encourages personal growth and athletic development. The hours are Saturdays Term Time 10am - 1pm. Opportunities for extra hours.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels
Demonstrate proper techniques for various gymnastic skills, ensuring safety at all times
Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Organise warm-up and cool-down routines to minimise injury risk
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised training environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment
Assist in the organisation of competitions, exhibitions, or showcases as required
Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessments for each participant

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly gymnastics or related disciplines
Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire learners of all ages
Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and provide feedback
Organised with the ability to plan engaging training sessions that meet individual needs
Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to gymnastics coaching
Friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for promoting physical activity and wellbeing
Ability to work well within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities

Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour
