Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pmJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About Us

We are a busy and fast-paced tyre depot supplying tyres and vehicle services to both retail and fleet customers. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Depot Administrator & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our depot.

The Role

This is a varied role combining administration, stock control, logistics planning, and operational support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the depot runs efficiently while supporting drivers, fitters, and the management team.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out monthly stock takes and maintaining accurate stock records.
Placing tyre and consumable orders with suppliers.
Processing supplier returns and credits.
Organising daily routes for drivers.
Job allocation and route planning to maximise efficiency.
Preparing and loading tyre cages for drivers’ daily deliveries.
Posting purchase invoices and supplier credit notes accurately.
Assisting with loading jobs from customer emails into the operating system.
Supporting the depot team with administrative and operational tasks.
Maintaining high levels of organisation within the depot.
Ensuring all paperwork and records are completed accurately and on time.

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, warehouse, depot, or motor trade environment is desirable.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
