Full job description

Want to work in an organised, fun team and represent our high-end practice? Are you able to communicate effectively on the phone?

We are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic and caring person to join our team here at 2 Green Dental. This is an incredibly rewarding role as you will be the 'face of the practice' and be the first point of call for all our patients. You should be comfortable talking to strangers and be passionate about healthcare, and great quality dentistry and encourage the business to thrive.

Candidates MUST have superb conversational skills and just enjoy talking to patients and helping them out with queries. Exceptional phone skills is also an absolute must. You may be tested on this!

Dental experience is not essential as training will be provided but we welcome applicants with experience in this field.

Requirements:

-Must be well presented with the ability to meet and greet patients confidently, creating a great impression.

-Must be able to make small talk, and relax patients through conversation.

-Must have excellent customer service abilities and phone skills.

-Must be organised as you will be in charge of a number of administrative tasks.

-Must be willing to learn about our products and promote services actively to patients

-Must be confident with computer systems.

-Must be able to handle payments and sensitive information.

-Must be comfortable taking about finances, costs and encouraging business

-Must be positive and a problem solver

-Must be able to meet targets

-Must have a positive 'can-do' attitude and be proactive

-Must be able to work well in a team and respond to feedback

-Must believe in the tooth fairy ;)

Details:

Pay : Hourly rate, start rate is dependent on experience, with the opportunity for further progression depending on performance.

Hours: The successful applicant will be required to work 4 shifts a week (Monday-Thursday). Shifts will be a combination of 7.00am-2.00pm OR 1.30pm - 8.30pm. We would like someone who is flexible and would be prepared to work on a flexi basis (meaning shifts are not fixed but they will get allocated in advance, every month).
