Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated full time Registered Nurse to join our team. The Nurse will provide essential nursing services, support patient care activities, and ensure the safety and well-being of residents. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, contributing to quality patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Duties

Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records in accordance with legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including regulations governing patient confidentiality.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address residents’ needs promptly.
Support the training of new staff members by sharing expertise in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Uphold high standards of infection control and sanitation practices throughout the facility.

Requirements

Valid nursing license with relevant registration in the applicable jurisdiction.
Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare or nursing home setting.
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for accurate assessments and documentation.
Familiarity with regulations and best practices for maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
