Job Description:

Administrator

Location: Bupa, Bank Street, London, E14 5NT

Contract Type: Full time, Permanent, 40hrs pw

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8hour shifts between the hours of 7.30am to 6.30pm, occasional Saturday with option to work overtime

Salary: £30,500 pa + fantastic benefits

We are looking for a customer focused Administrator to join our team at one of our Canary Wharf clinics. In this role, you will provide essential front of house and back-office support to ensure our patients receive outstanding service from entering the clinic until after they leave. The work can be fast-paced and demanding at times, but with the support of your colleagues and team leader, you will finish each day knowing you have made a meaningful difference to every customer.

You'll help us make health happen by:

Working on reception greeting and welcoming customers in addition to supporting the customer journey throughout the centre
Ensuring all customers have the correct paperwork to support their visit - appointment packs (where applicable), clinical file preparation and consent forms
Supporting our clinical staff by preparing client files and scanning documents, allowing them to focus fully on patient care
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming customer queries via phone calls and proactively managing local mailbox and emails
Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly, including handling post, answering calls and emails, managing card transactions, processing invoices, and organising delivery notes
Working closely with clinical colleagues to ensure client reports and correspondence are completed and sent within required timeframes

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focused customer service.
Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential
Strong time management skills and flexibility - you will need to adapt quickly and support different areas throughout your shift
Excellent attention to detail, along with solid computing skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
