Sous Chef – Exceptional Opportunity

We’re looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to join our ambitious gastro pub kitchen.

This isn’t just another chef job. We’re building a kitchen that’s known for outstanding food, genuine hospitality, and a team that enjoys coming to work. If you’re passionate about fresh ingredients, love creating beautiful dishes, and want to be part of something special, we’d love to hear from you.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll help drive standards, lead the team during service, contribute to menu development, and play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, stays calm under pressure, and takes real pride in every plate that leaves the pass.

What you’ll bring

* Previous experience as a Sous Chef, or a talented Senior Chef de Partie ready for the next step.

* A passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce.

* High standards, attention to detail, and consistency.

* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

* A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for hospitality.
