Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. You will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting.
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical, social, and intellectual development.
- Observe and monitor children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing support when needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with other nursery staff to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, including observations and assessments.
- Promote positive behavior management techniques and encourage good manners and social skills.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- A recognized qualification in early childhood education or childcare is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential.
