Overview

Join our dedicated team as a Social Care Worker in the community rand become a vital part of empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. In this role, you will provide compassionate support, guidance, and supervision to clients in various care settings. Your energy and commitment will help foster a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where clients can thrive. We are looking for motivated professionals who are eager to make a positive impact every day through active engagement and personalized care.

Duties

Deliver high-quality social care services tailored to each individual’s needs, promoting independence and well-being
Supervise and support clients in daily activities, ensuring safety and engagement at all times
Mentor and guide less experienced team members, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth
Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Monitor client progress, document observations accurately, and report any concerns promptly
Facilitate group activities and community integration opportunities to enhance social skills
Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and safeguarding policies

Requirements

Strong mentoring skills with the ability to inspire confidence and promote learning among team members
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and colleagues
Compassionate approach combined with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures, health & safety standards, and relevant legislation (further training given)

Pay: £220.00-£500.00 per week
