Production Operatives – Full-Time Permanent Roles (Day & Evening Shifts)

We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team, producing high-quality steel lintels for the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking and dynamic business with a strong reputation for quality and innovation.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the manufacture of steel lintels, working as part of an experienced production team to meet quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a range of manufacturing machinery, including guillotines, saws, press brakes, and plasma cutters.
Manufacture steel lintels in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
Work to production schedules and complete daily workloads under the guidance of an experienced Team Leader.
Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including the use of PPE and safe manual handling practices.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Knowledge of health and safety practices within a manufacturing setting.
Flexible and adaptable to changing production requirements.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.

Shift Patterns Available

Day Shift

Monday – Thursday: 5:45am – 1:45pm
Friday: 5:45am – 1:15pm

Evening Shift

Monday – Thursday: 1:30pm – 11:30pm
