Job Summary:

Join Our Team as an Internal Sales Executive !

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities and achieving revenue targets. Your primary responsibilities include proactively contacting prospects, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth sales operations. As well as this you will be responsible for retaining orders for the business for any customers that are looking to cancel. Your results-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills will be key in exceeding sales targets.

Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Maximizing post-appointment sales opportunities by proactively contacting prospects identified from internal reports.
Developing new business opportunities by following up on quotation requests received from customers.
Provide Excellent customer service to new and existing customers
Create and promote a seamless customer journey
Provide feedback and analysis of any customers that do not convert to sales
Collaborating with Sales Managers to address any sales-related concerns, ensure smooth sales operations and deal effectively with customer queries/complaints.
Updating sales figures daily and effectively communicating them to Regional Consultants and Directors.
Processing sales amendments promptly and efficiently, following the company's established procedures.
Screening and appropriately handling telephone call enquiries and requests.
Assisting with Urgent Action Report (UAR) issues as directed by Customer Service.
Keeping all relevant departments informed of customer communication updates.
Providing quotations to customers when requested, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Directing customer details to sales personnel as directed, facilitating efficient lead management.
Performing any other duties deemed necessary to support the internal sales function.
Being flexible and willing to travel between sites and to different events as required.
Retain orders through discussing any objections with customers and utilising the business tools available

Key Requirements

Previous experience in an internal sales or telesales role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and travel requirements.
A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

You will work a 35 hour week Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

The salary range for the role is £23,751 with an OTE of up to £38K !
