Job Introduction

HR Resourcing Administrator

Hours: 37 per week

Workplace Attendance: Working in the office 3+ days a week (pro-rata) or Onsite full time

Salary: Grade 5

HR Resourcing require an administrator to join their busy team as soon as possible.

As a HR Resourcing Administrator, you will be responsible for a number of tasks including:

Providing recruitment advice and dealing with enquiries from candidates and recruiting managers, ensuring they are resolved promptly or escalating as necessary.

Assisting and advising recruiting managers/schools with the use of an online applicant tracking system to support the management of online vacancy creation and approvals.
Supporting recruiting managers to complete self-service on-line vacancy processing including short listing and interview arrangements in accordance with processes and guidance.
Completing on-line vacancy pre-employment checks including DBS, SWE/HCPC requirements, professional status checks, pre- employment verification, etc.
Onboarding of new appointments including the issuing of Principal Statements of Employment, internal appointments/transfers, secondments & redeployment to Directorate/Schools.
Creation of new starters /appointments onto the HR payroll system.
Working as part of a team to meet monthly targets of setting up new starters/new appointments and advising Transactional Services of any changes on payroll.
