Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Block Manager to oversee property management operations. Working within a close and friendly residential team of 12, the ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, ideally experience with property management software MRI Qube PM, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves managing leaseholder relations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the smooth running of residential blocks. The successful applicant will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency within our property portfolio.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned blocks, ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with lease agreements
Utilise property management software for data entry, compliance and service charge collection and reporting
Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate records of leaseholder information, lease agreements, and financial transactions
Handle leaseholder enquiries via phone and email with professional phone etiquette, providing prompt and courteous assistance
Organise inspections, meetings, AGMs when needed
Monitor health and safety standards within the property, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Experience

Proven experience in property management roles
Familiarity with MRI Qube PM or similar property management systems is highly desirable
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
