Overview

Duties

Deliver tailored tutoring sessions across core subjects such as literacy, numeracy, and science, aligned with curriculum standards.
Assess each student’s strengths and areas for improvement to develop customized learning plans.
Use innovative teaching methods and educational resources to keep students motivated and engaged.
Monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
Support children with special educational needs by adapting lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Maintain a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity and confidence.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure consistent support for each child's educational journey.

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching young children within a primary school setting.
Strong communication skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to work with children of varying abilities, including those requiring special education support.
Knowledge of current educational practices and curriculum standards for primary education.
Passion for helping children succeed academically and personally.
Patience, creativity, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple students and lesson plans.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or child development are preferred.
