Full Time | Monday to Friday | Bromley, Kent

Datta's Wholesale is one of the UK's leading trade-only wholesalers of balloons, party products and event supplies. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a varied office-based role supporting both our customers and warehouse operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in coordinating our online order process, supporting customers and ensuring information flows efficiently between the office and warehouse teams and our customers continue to receive the high level of service we're known for.

Key Responsibilities

Processing online customer orders.
Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Managing and updating our internal back-office systems.
Updating website product information and content.
Booking incoming deliveries into our stock system.
Placing purchase orders with suppliers.
Liaising with management and warehouse staff to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional and customer-focused.
Confident using computers and learning new software.
Organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
Comfortable speaking with customers on the telephone.
Able to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
Positive, reliable and has a genuine "can-do" attitude.
Previous customer service or office administration experience is preferred.

What We Offer

A full-time, permanent position.
Monday to Friday working (no weekends), 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Supportive and friendly team environment.

Our site is approximately a 10-minute walk from Bromley South station and is served by local bus routes. Please note that on-site staff parking is not available.
