Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a productive environment where team members can thrive. From managing administrative tasks to supporting daily office functions, you will play a key role in maintaining our professional and welcoming workspace. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a vibrant organizational culture.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools
Maintain organized electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Support financial processes by assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and using Sage software
Assist with administrative projects such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and managing calendars
Ensure a welcoming environment by greeting visitors and managing reception duties

Skills

Proven experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Experience with Sage or similar accounting software is a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in record keeping and filing systems
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per hour
