Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Café Supervisor to lead our vibrant café team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage offerings. Your leadership will inspire team members to deliver a memorable experience for every guest, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine culinary expertise with strong team management skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily café operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer service
Lead and motivate a team of baristas, cooks, and service staff to achieve operational excellence
Ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee food production to meet guest demand
Train new team members on food handling, customer service standards, and safety procedures
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and foster a positive team atmosphere

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Experience with team management and leadership in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage guests effectively
Previous experience in hotel or restaurant settings is highly desirable
Barista experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
