Location: Birch Road, Ellesmere, Shropshire, SY12 9AB

Hours: 30 Hours per week available

Must be able to cover days, evenings and weekends on a shift basis.

Pay Rate: £12.71ph

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented General Assistant to join our team in Ellesmere College, United Kingdom. As a General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth daily operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests promptly and professionally
Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces
Collaborate with team members to support operational efficiency and create a positive work environment
Comply with health and safety regulations, as well as specific food service guidelines
Support various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
Contribute to the overall success of the organization by participating in team meetings and offering innovative ideas
Handle basic cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems when required
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary

Qualifications

Strong passion for customer service and hospitality
