Full job description

This Job/Role, is for a Pharmacy Assistant in order to help/assist the effective running of the Pharmacy.

Note: Tier 2 VISA sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Providing over the counter advice to customers

-Ordering and merchandising stocks

- Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide patient care by answering questions and providing medication information
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication administration
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Follow all pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

- Provision of Pharmaceutical Services if required (training given)

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant or dispenser is preferred but not required. Training/courses will be provided.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work in a moderate paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and ethics in handling confidential patient information

-Developing relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to ensure that we deliver the most effective and patient friendly customer service.

- You MUST be flexible/available for an increase to working 1 in 3 Saturdays should the business require this need in the future.

Non Dispenser Trained - £12.71p/h

Dispenser/NVQ2 trained -. £13p/h

Working Hours / Days:

Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00

Saturdays: 09:00-17:00

Total = 40 hours per week

Note: Tier 2 VISA sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
