Job Overview

Join us as a Remote Education Recruitment Consultant operating on a commission-only basis, where your energy and proactive approach will drive success in connecting talented educators with leading institutions worldwide. Responsibilities

Proactively generate leads through social media management, online networking, and targeted outreach to potential education candidates and institutions
Manage candidate pipelines efficiently using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to track progress and maintain organized records
Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and educational standards
Build and nurture strong relationships with education professionals and institutional clients through consistent communication and personalized engagement
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings, enhance employer branding, and attract diverse talent pools
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems like Salesforce to streamline recruitment workflows and reporting

Skills

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate job opportunities clearly and persuasively
Proven experience in lead generation techniques within the education or human resources sectors
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS systems for candidate tracking and data management
Strong relationship management capabilities to foster trust with candidates and clients alike
Knowledge of social media management tools for effective online outreach and branding efforts
Ability to navigate recruitment software like Salesforce for client engagement tracking
Understanding of the education sector’s staffing needs and compliance standards is a plus
