We are a dynamic and Outstanding Rated care service provider located in Hornchurch, Havering, dedicated to delivering high-quality care across a variety of settings. Our mission is to improve the lives of those we serve through compassionate, person-centred care.

As a Care Manager at Caremark Havering, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our care services. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our customers, oversee the day-to-day operations, and drive the continued growth and development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the delivery of care services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Manage and support a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, families, and external agencies.
Ensure effective financial management and budgeting of the care service.
Drive business growth and development within the local community.

Requirements:

A recognised management qualification in health and social care.
Proven experience as a Care Manager in a domiciliary care setting is desirable, though experienced Field Care Supervisors or Care Co-ordinators, looking to take the next step up to Care Manager would be considered.
Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework and standards in health and social care.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving service outcomes.
