Internal Sales Executive

Location: Great Dunmow, Essex
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive + Commission + Bonus (DOE)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The Role

This is a varied sales role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities and providing outstanding service to ensure our customers keep coming back.

You'll work closely with our purchasing, operations and customer service teams to deliver the complete Breeze experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Proactively contact customers to generate repeat business.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations and follow up to maximise conversion.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Promote our extensive range of products and services.
Work towards achievable sales and gross profit targets.
Keep CRM and customer records up to date.
Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.
Work alongside our external sales and management team to grow key accounts.

What We're Looking For

Ideally you'll have:

Previous experience in internal sales, account management or customer service.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, positive attitude.
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and by email.
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
The ability to work independently whilst contributing to a close-knit team.

Experience within office supplies, furniture, IT, PPE or facilities supplies would be advantageous but isn't essential.
