To succeed in the role of Reception Manager we are looking for someone to:

Oversee all guest interactions, including check-ins, check-outs, enquiries and special requests, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience for every guest
Coordinate room reservations and upgrades, maximising revenue and guest satisfaction
Manage and supervise the Reception team, providing leadership and guidance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and training to enhance your teams' skills, knowledge and engagement
Colaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, Events and Food Beverage, to coordinate guest services and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Show charisma and an engaaging personality with a passion for great hospitality and excellent service
Possess a competent level of IT proficiency
Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle challenging situations with professionalism
Have flexibility for working evenings, weekends and holidays as required

We are seeking an experienced Reception Manager with a strong background in front-of-house operations, team leadership and administative management. A minimum of 2 years' experience or similar leadership role is essential.

Dumbleton Hall Hotel is an impressive traditional Cotswold Manor House set in 19 acres of private gardens and woodland with its own lake.

Dumbleton Hall is based on the border of Gloucestershire and Worcestershire between the towns of Evesham and Tewkesbury.

The towns of Cheltenham, Worcester and Stratford-upon-Avon are only a short drive away. The Hotel is located in a peaceful setting and yet is also conveniently only 7 miles from junction 9 of the M5 and just minutes from the A46.
