Full job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Seasonal Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a great family business.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and beverage service, possess excellent communication skills, and have a welcoming demeanour. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is essential. Seasonal could be come permanent for the right people.

Duties

Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when appropriate
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
Assist with food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food safety standards
Set up and clear tables promptly, ensuring the dining area remains tidy and inviting
Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
Maintain a clean and organised work environment in line with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Support barista duties if necessary, including preparing specialised coffee beverages

Experience

Previous experience in serving in a busy hospitality role is essential.
Experience in restaurant environments or barista work can be an advantage
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
