We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team. You'll be on a fixed term to November 2027, part time basis, working 18 hours per week.

You will be responsible for providing support to the Pendennis Keep Connections Project Manager and Senior Responsible Officer and coordinating the activities of the wider project team. The role may require you to travel to Pendennis Castle for meetings.

As Project Co-ordinator, you will be providing project support as part of our Pendennis Keep Connections National Lottery Heritage Fund project.

The Projects Co-ordinator will support the successful delivery of the development stage of our Pendennis Keep Connections project, helping to keep actions, timelines and budgets on track. Working with different teams, suppliers and stakeholders, the role coordinates meetings, keeps project information up to date and helps to make sure actions are followed through.

To be considered as a Project Co-ordinator, you'll need:

Strong administrative experience, with ability to demonstrate a high level of planning and organisational skills together with ability to prioritise and manage own workload to meet deadlines.
Experience of working in a project management or similar environment in a design/construction/heritage or estates management environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written communication skills.
IT literacy including advanced skills in Microsoft office software (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project) and facility with Intranet.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain experience in project management.

Interviews will be held from Friday 11th September via MS Teams (or at Pendennis Castle site if candidate would like to attend site in person).
