About MASAJ
At MASAJ, we're on a mission to raise the bar for both Guests and Bodyworkers. We believe London's best Bodyworkers deserve beautiful environments to work in, meaningful opportunities to develop their careers, and a business that genuinely champions the incredible work they do.
As we continue to grow across London, we're looking for an exceptional Bodyworker Operations Coordinator to help support, organise and nurture our community of Bodyworkers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their operations, people or community management career who loves organisation, thrives on building relationships, and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
The Bodyworker Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of our Bodyworker team.
Working closely with the Bodyworker Performance Manager and alongside our Bodyworker Recruitment Coordinator, you'll help coordinate every stage of the Bodyworker journey, from onboarding and training through to ongoing communication, scheduling, compliance and engagement.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that important processes run seamlessly, that our Bodyworkers feel informed and supported, and that the information and documentation we rely on remains accurate and up to date.
Whilst this is a junior role, it carries significant responsibility. We're looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive, detail-oriented and confident in communicating with a wide range of people.
As MASAJ grows and launches new Studios, there will be times when the Bodyworker Performance Manager is focused on onboarding and supporting new teams. During these periods, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our existing Bodyworker community and ensuring that day-to-day operations continue to run smoothly.
